Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)
🙏 Today, I am grateful for the challenges I have been through over the years. They have made me stronger and wiser. It helps to put things into perspective as to what is really important.
😄 The highlight of my day was Coach Office Hours with the Titans.
💪🏾 My movement win was 20 min on the step mill and a back/biceps workout. Still working hard on my back density and detail.
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was enjoying my chickpea curry. I used the extra chickpeas on my salad.
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was drafting a Mindset Monday on obstacles. Obstacles are what you see when you lose focus on your goal. Do not view challenges as obstacles but instead as opportunities to grow wiser and stronger on the journey.
😴 Sleep time last night was 4 hours 33 minutes.
