I am a 50+ year young physician, community health and wellness advocate and an IFBB Bikini and Figure Professional. I have been on a journey to live a healthy, well-balanced life since 2006. Since that time I have endeavored to share the knowledge I have gained with family, friends, and colleagues. It is my hope to share even more widely with this website.
