Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)
🙏 Today, I am grateful for being able to do my laundry in my home.
😄 The highlight of my day was marveling at the beautiful orchids in Wegmans. I love orchids, but I can’t seem to keep them alive, so I admire them from afar.
💪🏾 My movement win of the day was a lovely run/walk/jog along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail.
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was making an awesome chickpea and red lentil curry as part of my meal prep for the week.
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was following Sally McCrae on IG (@yellowrunner) running the Cocadona 250. Talk about grit.
😴 Sleep time last night was 5 hours 29 minutes
