Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)


๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for being able to do my laundry in my home.


๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was marveling at the beautiful orchids in Wegmans. I love orchids, but I canโ€™t seem to keep them alive, so I admire them from afar.


๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was a lovely run/walk/jog along the Washington and Old Dominion Trail.


๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was making an awesome chickpea and red lentil curry as part of my meal prep for the week.


๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation win of the day was following Sally McCrae on IG (@yellowrunner) running the Cocadona 250. Talk about grit.


๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 5 hours 29 minutes
