🙏 Today, I am grateful for having access to outdoor fitness equipment on one of the trails I love to jog.
😄 The highlight of my day was leading the Titans Team call and discussing the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.
💪🏾 My movement win of the day was including multiple flights of stairs in my morning walk.
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was meeting and exceeding my 96 oz goal for water.
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was chatting with Vesime about our plans for this Sunday’s Perfectly Pl@nted podcast.
😴 Sleep time last night was 5 hours 28 minutes.
