๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for having access to outdoor fitness equipment on one of the trails I love to jog.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was leading the Titans Team call and discussing the book Atomic Habits by James Clear.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was including multiple flights of stairs in my morning walk.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was meeting and exceeding my 96 oz goal for water.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation win of the day was chatting with Vesime about our plans for this Sundayโ€™s Perfectly Pl@nted podcast.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 5 hours 28 minutes.
