Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for technology. There are so many things that I take for granted that were not possible even ten years ago.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day live streaming Walk with Wingman and morning run.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was a great workout! It was hard but I felt good.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was having fun meal prepping and experimenting with new goodies I found at Wegmans.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation win of the day was listening to Mel Robbins โ€œHigh Five Habitโ€ while I was in the shower.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 7 hours 32 minutes (yes!!)
