🙏 Today, I am grateful for technology. There are so many things that I take for granted that were not possible even ten years ago.
😄 The highlight of my day live streaming Walk with Wingman and morning run.
💪🏾 My movement win of the day was a great workout! It was hard but I felt good.
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was having fun meal prepping and experimenting with new goodies I found at Wegmans.
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was listening to Mel Robbins “High Five Habit” while I was in the shower.
😴 Sleep time last night was 7 hours 32 minutes (yes!!)
