Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)
🙏 Today, I am grateful for my body and its ability to take me to new places.
😄 The highlight of my day was exploring parts of Reston on foot.
💪🏾 My movement win of the day was my Saturday long run.
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was trying some Fava Bean Tofu (thank you, MH, for the recommendation). It was simple to meal prep and tasty!! I ate half of it before I could take a photo, lol!
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was focus. It was a very productive day all around.
😴 Sleep time last night was 7 hours and 3 minutes (yes!!)
