Day 14: Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for hitting 14 days on my consistency streak!

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was many wonderful coaching calls.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was great! Have you ever had one of those days where everything just seemed to click? It was one of those workout days. I had a great lifting session and a nice run. I started my workout tired but after about 10 minutes, I knew I was going to have a fun session. And I finished with 40 sit-ups for the Titans.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was prepping my lunch and snacks so that I was ready to go for the day.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation win of the day was getting a new book to read called โ€œPlant Powered Proteinโ€. I love to read, and I am a Brenda Davis fan. Brenda and her son were recently interviewed by Rip Esselstyn. It was a lovely interview. I plan to invite them to join Perfectly Pl@nted to discuss their book.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 4 hours 59 minutes. Not good at all.
