Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)


๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for my friend Vesime who met with me early this morning to discuss our podcast schedule for the next six months. Vesime is an awesome friend and collaborator on Perfectly Pl@nted. It is so fun to share my passion for living life with intention.


๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was co-hosting an Endurance Masterclass with Coach James @ The Vegan Gym.


๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was a wonderful cathartic run in the rain after a rocking leg workout.


๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was my usual, lol! Salad, a tofu sandwich, fresh fruit from Wegmans, chickpea curry over basmati for dinner. Lots and lots of water (felt a little dry)


๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation win of the day was reflecting on a poem, โ€œThe Road Not Takenโ€ by Robert Frost.

โ€œโ€ฆ..Two roads diverged in a wood, and Iโ€”

I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.โ€


๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 6 hours 7 minutes
