🙏 Today, I am grateful for having a roof over my head.
😄 The highlight of my day was chatting with a passenger at the airport about The Vegan Gym. He saw my Coach jacket and started asking lots of wonderful questions.
💪🏾 My movement win of the day was 12 burpees!!
🌱 My nutrition win of the day was not burning my tofu! It was a close one. I forgot about it after putting it in the oven.
🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day was working on my priority list. Sometimes you need to get the big tasks out of the way and that provides more clarity to get work done.
😴 Sleep time last night was 2.75 hours. Once again, my Oura and Whoop are very closely aligned. I love learning with these smart tools.
