Fitness Friday Fit Tip - Push Ups
Today is technically my active rest day, but I was feeling a need to meditate (yes, gym time is my reflection time) so I hit the gym for just 30 min this morning. I posted on Instagram (it's that new video thing and can't figure out yet how to add the link here) a brief clip of a push-up combination that I saw on YouTube last night from Jeff Cavaliere, MSPT, CSCS of ATHLEAN-X. The clip doesn't do justice to how tough these were!! If you want to put a new spin on your bodyweight training I would encourage you to add this exercise to your program.
