End of Week Update

I know, I know, I have not been at all consistent with my blogging. :-( I have lots of ideas I just need to find time to put pen to paper. Don't give up on me yet! :-)

It has been a rough few weeks but continue to keep up with my training and trying to keep up with my nutrition. There are days when I can't tell if the queasiness during my workout reflects the intensity of my training or the depth of my fatigue :-0 Despite not being very consistent with my recovery and sleep I have managed to hit a few personal bests the past few weeks. I have always believed that the clarity and focus I need to get through a tough workout translates into the clarity, focus and strength needed for some of life's challenges.

I've begun a new program, Alex Savva's #FREAKMODE. You can find the details on and you can follow me on my BodySpace page. I don't follow the program dutifully. I need to get at least 7 - 9 hrs of sleep before training back or legs so I only train those body parts on the weekend. It is very important that you modify training programs to best support your training and goals. I plan the week based on work and travel so that there are no excuses!
