Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep, Stress (3MS)


๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for connecting with a medical school classmate that I had not seen in years. She found me on WhatsApp and it was wonderful to chat

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was chatting with Dauphine.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was my long run to the Market. I did 3 miles on the treadmill to warm up then ran to the farmerโ€™s market. I didnโ€™t shop. I just enjoy seeing the hustle and bustle of the early morning set up.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was meal preparation continued!! I prepared another bag of soy curls and pickled some onion and jalapeno. It does not take much time of any of these. I did my meal prep while working, cleaning and doing laundry.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was choose life.

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by going for an afternoon walk.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 6 hours 9 minutes.

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for the beautiful bunnies, deer and other wildlife that make me smile during my runs.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was squeezing a little meal prep into the end of my day.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was my morning walk.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was nibbling on some soy curls during my meal prep.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was focus, focus, focus.

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by listening to some soothing music.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 6 hours 1 minute.

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for the beautiful vegetables growing in the garden across the street. They will be used to support local food pantries and provide community education. It is so fun to walk through and see what is growing.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was a fun Titans Team call led by Coach Zeak.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was step mill โ€“ weights โ€“ run.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was I had to go to the protein shake again! Gah! And I havenโ€™t finished it. I can only sip on it. Plus, it gives me a smoothie โ€˜stache and I canโ€™t have that on calls.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was compassion for those who are suffering from a variety of challenges.

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by remembering my why.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 4 hours 27 minutes.

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for my gal pals.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was our monthly HEAL meeting.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was my recovery run. I work up tired and felt queasy for the first mile. Then something clicked and the remainder of the run was awesome.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was resorting to a smoothie to hit my protein goals. I got behind with my meals and had to mix my greens and berries.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was to remember to be a Weeble.

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by playing with the MindLlama app. It is cute.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 5 hours 23 minutes.

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for being able to wake up at the same time every day no matter what. I had a late-night last night but my internal alarm still went off at the same time. The human body is magical.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was my client calls!! I have such a wonderful team ๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was Stairmaster โ€“ workout โ€“ walk/jog.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was hitting my water goal and then some!!

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was focusing on doing the best job possible always.

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by listening to an audiobook.

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 4 hours 54 minutes (this is what happens when I turn off my laptop late).

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for the amazing Titans Team.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was a live workout with the Titans!

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was 20 minutes of Tabata. This morning I did a speed run and a walk outdoors. Today was day 365 of my commitment to a daily outdoor walk!!

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was lots of nibbles between calls.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was โ€œfail forwardโ€

๐Ÿคฏ My stressors for the day were overcome by reciting the Serenity Prayer

๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep time last night was 6 hours 5 minutes

๐Ÿ™ Today, I am grateful for having a washer and dryer in my apartment. There were many years when I had to go to the laundromat and I am so grateful for the convenience of having a unit 10 feet from my desk.

๐Ÿ˜„ The highlight of my day was my Walk with Wingman livestream.

๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ My movement win of the day was a recovery run and D1 of my new program. Pumped by the end.

๐ŸŒฑ My nutrition win of the day was baking the soy curls that I prepped last night and prepping some more salad for the week.

๐Ÿค— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was control what is controllable. The rest you have to let go for now.
