🙏 Today, I am grateful for having all my senses intact. It was so wonderful to hear the sound, see the beauty and smell the scents of summer during my morning run.

😄 The highlight of my day was seeing some of the team from GreenFare at the Farmer’s Market.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was my Saturday long run.

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was weekend meal prep!! I can eat soy curls every single day. Prepping a big batch for this week.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was doing my best in all I do.

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by chatting with a friend about health and nutrition.

😮 Sleep time last night was 7 hours 17 minutes.

🙏 Today, I am grateful for the kindness of my ACLM colleagues in fostering an open and transparent space for uncomfortable conversations.

😄 The highlight of my day was going to the dentist.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was trying to remember that Friday is rest day, but I had another happy feet issue and so injected a little bit of jogging into the morning walk.

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was having time to prep my veggies this morning to go with the rest of my meals.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was remembering that you never go anywhere by staying still. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be scary but it is necessary to grow.

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by taking time to reflect. According to my WHOOP my stress level was much lower than on an average Friday.

🙏 Today, I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with people around the world.

😄 The highlight of my day was taking with a non-profit organization from Kenya who wanted to learn more about The Vegan Gym and our approach to fueling athletes.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was a tempo run, workout and outdoors walk.

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was being able to rely on my weekend meal prep to get me through a busy day.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was believing that anything is possible.

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by laughter.

🙏 Today, I am grateful for being part of an team of innovative thinkers. I was thinking about a TEDx Talk that Guy Kawasaki delivered almost 10 years ago called The Art of Innovation: https://youtu.be/Mtjatz9r-Vc

😄 The highlight of my day was spending some time this evening preparing for a HEAL community conversation tomorrow night.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was my morning run!! I never thought that I would “warm up” with a mile on the treadmill before heading outside to run. I never thought of myself as a “runner”, but I realize that label (or lack thereof) was all in my head. Now I enjoy going wherever my happy feet (and socks) are able to take me 😊

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was finding time between my run and wall sit to prep some fresh veggies for the day. I had most of my usual meals although I missed my protein goal because I just was not hungry today.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was finding ways to jump to the next curve.

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by stepping away from the keyboard!! 😊

🙏 Today, I am grateful for being alive and able to do what I love.

😄 The highlight of my day was talking with Dr. Rak about future opportunities.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was day #2 of a new workout I programmed for myself. Yowza!! Weighted dips (40# dumbbell)(, pullups, deads
.then a nice warm run.

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was a beautiful crispy, crunchy salad as a side to my protein and veggies.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was thinking of my sister. She would have been 63 yo today. Always remember that tomorrow is not promised to any of us. We must enjoy every day.

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by walking on my walking pad. It is so therapeutic.

🙏 Today, I am grateful for being able to focus no matter what is going on around me.

😄 The highlight of my day was the Titans Team call. I love when we have a Coach AMA call.

đŸ’ȘđŸŸ My movement win of the day was a speed workout!! Today I did the NRC Speed Run call “The Rundown”. It felt great to run fast at a slight incline. I had my speed shoes on and it felt great. Minimal pain in the right achilles during the run.

đŸŒ± My nutrition win of the day was hitting my water goal. I am addicted to the Water Llama app. I am easily amused.

đŸ€— My mindset/motivation focus for the day was based on a quote from Michelle Obama: ” Just try new things. Don’t be afraid. Step out of your comfort zones and soar, all right?”

đŸ€Ż My stressors for the day were overcome by taking a brief walk.

😮 Sleep time last night was 5 hours 19 minutes.
