đ Today, I am grateful for perspective.
đ The highlight of my day was being interviewed for a podcast by two amazing women. Thank you, Gigi and Sersie for hosting me on Healthy for My Purpose.
đŞđžÂ My movement win of the day was a good Sunday workout! I ran x 2 (warm up and recovery run). My upper body workout was so much fun đ
đąÂ My nutrition win of the day was a modified Happy Belly Soup. I added some chickpeas. It needed some oomph and this did the trick.
đ¤Â My mindset/motivation focus for the day was to control the controllable.
đ¤ŻÂ My stressors for the day were overcome by deep, deliberate breaths.
đ§âđ¤âđ§ I focused on social connections by sending some birthday greetings and chatting with a friend from KC.
đ´Â Sleep time last night was 6.5 hours.
