About the Event
Do you want to get motivated to be more active? This 30 minute class is the ideal solution. During the first 20 minutes of the class we will be outside (weather permitting) performing low impact physical activity. This will include walking, slow jogging and body weight exercises. Every activity will be tailored to engage participants of all fitness levels.
When to Meet: Meet near the Security Desk in the lobby of the 901 building.
What to Bring (Required): A smile and a desire to have fun!
What to Bring (Optional): Water bottle, Yoga mat, Towel
CardiYo may be cancelled or the class format modified in the event of inclement weather.
This class is open to employees of Saint Luke's Health System only.
