Meals, Movement, Mindset, Sleep (3MS)

🙏 Today, I am grateful for spending time with family honoring Dad.

😄 The highlight of my day was attending the ceremony where my Father was inducted into the Niagara Frontier Aviation and Aerospace Hall of Fame. Hearing my Dad’s colleagues speak of him and his accomplishments at Bell Textron was humbling. He was part of the team the designed and built the LLTV and LLRV that helped the astronauts train for the first trip to the moon!

💪🏾 My movement win of the day was taking a rest day to roam the morning streets of Buffalo. I was planning on just walking but these little feet wanted to run 😊

🌱 My nutrition win of the day was absent! LOL! I had no wins today except a bowl of oatmeal this morning. I had a little bit of the garden salad and some veggies with dinner, but I have always struggled to be social and eat so being social won the night.

🤗 My mindset/motivation win of the day is fueled by my desire to make my Dad proud.

😴 Sleep time last night was 5 hours 46 minutes.
