🙏 Today, I am grateful for perspective.

😄 The highlight of my day was being interviewed for a podcast by two amazing women. Thank you, Gigi and Sersie for hosting me on Healthy for My Purpose.

💪🏾 My movement win of the day was a good Sunday workout! I ran x 2 (warm up and recovery run). My upper body workout was so much fun 😊

🌱 My nutrition win of the day was a modified Happy Belly Soup. I added some chickpeas. It needed some oomph and this did the trick.

🤗 My mindset/motivation focus for the day was to control the controllable.

🤯 My stressors for the day were overcome by deep, deliberate breaths.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 I focused on social connections by sending some birthday greetings and chatting with a friend from KC.

😴 Sleep time last night was 6.5 hours.
