Happy Memorial Day! I want to humbly thank all of those who have paid the ultimate price defending all that we all hold dear.
Today is day # 23 of the Triple A (Abs, Arms and Attitude) challenge. Now that many of us are transitioning from home workouts to gym workouts I am trying to provide some flexibility in the challenge exercises to accommodate all. If you need a reminder on how to perform the exercises I have included the references again below.
50 Mountain Climbers
30 Curl and Press
20 Bench or Stair Triceps Dips or Press downs
20 Triceps Push Ups
30 Russian Twists (15 each side)
50 Plank Jacks with Mini Band
Attitude: Do one simple thing that fills you with joy
I was overjoyed to be able to workout in the gym today. I was filled with joy to be able to run outside this morning. I was overjoyed to see one of the cutest dogs in my building running through the park. I was filled with joy to see a picture of my uncle (in his 90s) on Facebook.
