Who knew that there would be three full weeks and two partial weeks in April. What does this mean? More time for squats!!
I hope everyone is doing well. It has been so quiet that I must not be making this much of a challenge. So this week we are going to kick it up a notch 😁! I have updated the April calendar and attached it to this post. Starting on Sunday, April 19 the daily challenge will be to complete:
30 reps of each squat
30 mountain climbers
Now, this week and next week's targets may be a stretch goal for some and that's ok. If you have to break it up into two sets of 15 or three sets of 10 that is ok. The goal is good form and completing the total number of reps. If you find the rep volume easy you and add an exercise mini-band for added resistance.
Monday and Friday are your rest days this week. Please make sure you are allowing your body time to rest and recover, especially during this time where there are many other stressors impacting us all.
