Week 3 is here! Time is flying by!! Easter Sunday is a day of rest. I hope you all find time to relax and reflect on the day. Enjoy spending time with family and friends (virtually, please!!).
This week the challenge includes:
20 reps of each squat - basic squat, sumo squat and side-to-side squat
And you can PLUS up the challenge by including:
15 mountain climbers
Why am I decreasing the "plus"? In part to help you avoid over training and in part to allow you to tailor the program to your own fitness goals. If you are doing the challenge in addition to your regular program you can modify the number of mountain climbers and push ups accordingly. Remember, you don't have to do all of the exercises at one time.
