Week 2 is here! How is everyone doing? I hope you are having fun 😊
Please make sure you are taking your rest days. This week's rest day falls on Wednesday, April 8.
This week the challenge includes:
15 reps of each squat
20 mountain climbers
Again, you don't have to do these all in one setting. The goal is good form at your own pace. One trick I have been implementing during #stayathome is that every time I go to the kitchen I have to do 20 mountain climbers!!! One good way to stay out of the kitchen 😂

My goal with this challenge is to help you avoid COVID booty and COVID belly. There are so many stressors we are all managing these days. Don't be afraid to admit it. I'm stressed. It is how we manage through these times that is key. The four tips (borrowed and modified from Dr. Dean Ornish) that I want you to keep in mind are:
Eat more plants
Sleep well & Stress Less
Maintain personal distance but social connection (love and support are key during these times)
Move More (I will share more tips on my blog when time permits)
I had a little fun this morning playing with the video editor. If these videos are helpful or just fun to watch please give me a shout out and I will keep it up. Don't hate on my form, I'm a little tight after yesterday's leg workout. My new stairwell gym is keeping me happy and healthy.....and hopefully I am not disturbing my neighbors too much.
