Squat Plus Challenge Week 5

Wait! Is it true that there are only 6 days left in the month? Time is flying by and I hope that the Squats Plus Challenge has given you a lift during these challenging times.


This last week may be a challenge but you can do it and I will be there with you every day.

40 reps of each type of squat

40 mountain climbers

20 pushups


In order to motivate you for these last few days I created the attached video. You can use it to go through the exercises and have some company for the next few days. I was playing with a new video editing tool so no music this week. And if it sounds like I am whispering, I am! Early Sunday morning my neighbors may not be as as excited about the Squats Plus Challenge as I am 🤣
