Friday! Triple A Challenge Day #20. Rest Day.
Those of you who attend CardiYo or have watched any of my YouTube exercise videos have probably had the pleasure (with much laughter) of seeing me dance to "Happy" by Pharrell Williams. It is my favorite song and is the ringtone for my favorite person. There is nothing more I want to do when I hear this song than dance.
When is the last time you danced around the room with joy?
Turn on your favorite song and just dance. Dancing is a great release for both your physical and your mental health. Play the positive energy playlist you created on Day #14 and dance like no one is watching.
