I love to start the week off with a good meditation session....in the gym! In the wee hours of the morning I have the fitness center all to myself so it is a good opportunity to plan my day and my week. I also use my cardio time to read and catch up on social media. I am traveling today so it was an early morning but fortunately #Alexa and I have a great relationship and she not only sounded the alarm at 2:45 am but turned on the lights! No excuses to jump out of bed and start my day.
I still use my Wahoo HR monitor when I train? Why? Partly because the feedback helps me understand how hard I am working. The other reason is that I am just a geek!
