Prep Time: 15 min (5 min to mix, 10 min to bake)

2 scoop (31.5 g), Beverly Nutrition UMP - Vanilla
1/2 cup egg white (I use Kirkland brand)
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Almond Milk, Vanilla, Unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon baking poweder
0.50 teaspoons, Cinnamon
1 - 2 packets Truvia (optional depending on the sweetness of your protein powder)
Heat oven to 375 degrees F
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients
Mix until combined
Pour into lightly greased baking pan
Bake for 10 min or until cooked completely (I found they bake best on the lower rack)
Remove and allow to cool.
Cut into 8 pieces
Store in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can microwave or pop in a toaster oven to reheat.
I updated my original recipe with some baking powder. They are much lighter and fluffier. Thanks to my friends at the YMCA for sharing some of my baking love. Enjoy!
