2 scoop (31.5 g), Beverly Nutrition UMP - Vanilla
6 egg, Egg Whites
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
0.50 teaspoons, Cinnamon
1/4 - 1/2 cup Califia Almond Milk Latte
Heat oven to 375 degrees F
In a mixing bowl add all ingredients
Mix until combined
Pour into lightly greased baking pan
Bake for 10 min or until cooked completely
Remove and allow to cool
Store in sealed container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can microwave or pop in a toaster oven to reheat.
I love to meal prep but I am pretty basic when it comes to cooking.

The recipe above is for a tasty protein pancake that can serve as a meal or a snack. You can increase or decrease the ingredients based on your needs. I usually end up eating this over 3 meals because it is so filling. I have been a Beverly Nutrition fan for years. This is honestly the best tasting protein powder I have ever used (I don't get paid to say this and this is my opinion only).
