12 Days of Fitness


Happy Holidays!


It is that time of the year when you may be reflecting on 2017 and setting goals for 2018. Please don't dwell on the past, look forward to the future. If one of your goals was to be more physically active and/or to make small changes in your lifestyle to support your health and wellness, don't wait until Jan 1! My goal with the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge is to provide you with a fun, easy, convenient way to be physically active during this hectic holiday season. Over the next 12 Days you will have access to a series of exercises that can help jump start or accelerate you physical activity goals. This is low maintenance program with minimum requirements including:

  • YOU! Enthusiastic, energetic and ready to have fun

  • Clothing that will allow you to jump and stretch

  • Sturdy sneakers or other gym shoes

  • At least 6 x 6 feet of space

  • You might benefit from a mat or carpeted area for some of the exercises.

The 12 Days of Fitness is structured so that you perform 1 exercise on day 1, 2 exercises on day 2, 3 exercises on day 3 culminating in doing all 12 exercises on the 12th day. Sound fun? Absolutely!
