I filmed this leg workout back in June and I have not posted it yet so sharing today.
I've been focusing on my legs the past few weeks as part of the 12 week Freakmode workout I have been following. It is a great program. I can get in and out of the gym in just over an hour on any given day. You don't need to use heavy weights to get a great workout. The past week I was going 3:0:2:1 tempo training. Just 8 reps and 8 sets. My pecs, triceps, lats and glutes hurt to touch! LOL! You have to decrease the weight with tempo training which has been good for me.
Anyways, sorry again for the long intervals between posts. I have several more videos to edit and I will share them in the upcoming posts.
