Happy Monday!!

I was at Sprouts this week and was stopped by a very nice young woman trying to figure out if she should buy organic produce. Money is tight for all of us. One guide I use which I shared with her is the EWG "Dirty Dozen" list. They also have a "Clean" list so don't despair. Regardless, if you too struggle with these decisions I hope you find these resources helpful. There are two short videos on the EWG website that help provide an overview of the recommendations. Well worth a few minutes while you are prepping your meals or taking a walk.
